Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using dkod ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

dkod is an agent-native code platform that provides tools and infrastructure for AI agents to connect, submit code, verify changes, and merge to repositories. The Service includes the dkod CLI, MCP server, SDK, and web application.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
  • Notifying us of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse-engineer the Service beyond what is permitted by law
  • Use the Service to distribute malicious code

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your code. dkod does not claim ownership of any code processed through the Service. The dkod platform, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of dkod and its licensors.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dkod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.
